ABOUT THE ENSEMBLE CAST

 

Kelly Roarke - CAROLE ANN TRUITT
"Miss Ohio"


Kelly attended Troy State University Troy, Alabama on a full scholarship, which she won in the Rhode Island Junior Miss Scholarship Program. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Arts, as well as Best Supporting Actress Awards four years in a row.  She won the title of Miss Rhode Island in 1997 and went on to compete for that state in the Miss America Pageant, winning the Bert Parks Talent Award. Upon graduation, she moved to New York City, where she studied at the School of Film & Television. Kelly has performed on stage, Theatre For Youth Traveling Ensemble and with the New Gate Theatre Touring Company, performing classics and touring universities around the country in such plays as; The Servant of Two Masters, The Playboy of the Western World, The Merchant of Venice, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and The Cherry Orchard. Television and film, including playing the role of "Nance" in the Farrelly brothers' THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT MARY.

Kimberly Warner - KIM TROJOHOWSKI
"Miss New Hampshire"


Kimberly attended Wheaton College in Newton, Massachusetts, where she majored in biology and minored in theatre. While she followed in the footsteps of her physician father by pursuing a career in the sciences and becoming an environmental analyst for the Department of Environmental Management, she never released her desire to perform on stage. She's now returned to the stage where she appeared in the Granite Theatre's production of A Christmas Carol. She also appeared as Susan, the saucy, Swedish-style masseur in their production of No Sex Please, We're British. Kimberly's natural comedic abilities now have an opportunity to shine in our production of Winners! in the role of Kim Trojohowski, "Miss New Hampshire."

Sarah Savage - SHERI ALEXANDER
"Miss Texas"


Sarah studied theatre and dance at the University of California-Santa Cruz. While at Santa Cruz, she worked with outstanding choreographers including, Mel Wong, Remy Charlip, Margaret Jenkins and Joe Goode. She toured with the University's children's theatre company in addition to performing in seven mainstage productions. She has been a company member of the "Pork Chop Lounge Variety Show," as well as serving as a founding member of the "What's in a Name Players" company, both in Providence, Rhode Island. This company toured schools with original Shakespeare-inspired fairy tales.  She appeared in New Gate Theatre's production of The Magical Tutu and played the lead role in  Oklahoma! produced by the Massiot Theatre Company in Brockton, Massachusetts.
